Maddie Wiggins Sanford

Maddie was born and raised in Northport, Alabama, and graduated from Northside High School. From a young age, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in real estate. Growing up with a father in the contracting business, Maddie was always immersed in that world, which sparked her interest. While working alongside her dad, she developed a passion for interior design, discovering a natural talent for transforming spaces into something special. Outside of real estate, Maddie is an avid golfer, a hobby she loves to spend time on. She’s excited to combine her skills and passions to help clients find the perfect home and create spaces that truly feel like theirs.
